NUMBING CREAM AND TOPICAL ANESTHETICS ARE APPLIED BEFORE THE COLOR IS INSERTED. IF YOU DECIDE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PAIN CONTROL DURING THE NUMBING PROCESS THEN WE'LL STOP!

If we STOP, there is NO FEE for the table setup -- we'll shake hands and part friends. To date I have NOT been asked to stop a procedure for pain.

In addition to supplies, liability, artistic design and labor intensive application, the pricing structure reflects the level of education, achievement, and depth of expertise.
